调试遇到的问题:
1、VCC欠压,反激电容没充满电导致打嗝,加大启动电容可以解决,但是启动时间延迟。而后更改变压器,提高VCC电压。(经之后的调试,确认这点异常也是由于VINSENSE引脚的取值所导致)
2、VINSENSE引脚的保护,虽然根据计算出来的R5*C12=150ms,符合规格书中的说明,但是跟实际情况还是有少许差别,C12太大,导致在低压时刻充电电流过小,电压上升时间比较慢,导致IC打嗝几次之后再启动,而后更改C12电容和VINSENSE相关参数,最终问题解决。
3、PFC电压异常,经改板确认为走线问题。此IC走线必须注意地线的干扰和驱动的干扰。PFC和FB的驱动引脚比较靠近,走线的时候注意用地线隔开。驱动线走线尽量短,若不能短,则使用三极管对S或地,就近关断。

IC引脚定义,本项目由于是锡膏板,排除了过波峰时候的考虑,否则IC只能顺着波峰的方向放置
另外需要考虑的是LAYOUT的时候考虑容易受干扰的因素和高压因素
从图上可以看的出来,16脚为高压引脚,走线的时候需要注意规避开
在LAYOUT的时候选择好IC的方向,把此引脚放在一个不容易跟信号线交错的地方
另外注意此IC的驱动引脚,这两个驱动引脚在走线的时候不注意就会形成交叉,非常容易受到干扰
(PS:本项目深受其害,改板之后才解决)

根据datasheet里面提供的基本应用电路,是肯定能够实现基本功能的(datasheet出错的情况也是有的 有幸碰到过,但这出错的概率很小)

谈对IC的了解,在未实际应用的时候,能最快了解IC功能的,就是第1点提到的,内部框图!

这波形一出来,顿时惊醒 原来真的是供电出了问题
原本在65和66楼已经优先查看VCC是否正常了,只不过那时候没细想,结果就被自己绕了个弯
也算是给自己的不细心当个教训吧

另外,如果是正常电压启动后,逐渐降低电压到目前电压值,电路是否能正常工作?

检测方面,刚才看了一下电路,很普通,但R6只有5.1K,端口还有二极管(你自己加的?),显然采样信号不能太大,除非采样绕组匝数为通常设计的1/4~1/5,否则会引起干扰或者动作失准。
而这些干扰或者动作失准很容易从波形中发现,因此之前建议要检测波形。

板子的地线重新走了一遍,更改了几个地方:
1、所有信号地先进IC地再通过VCC电容,之后星型连接
2、PFCAUX的二极管取消,单用一个电阻直接连接到IC
3、驱动关断,用三极管
4、地线分离PFC和FB模块驱动线(本来这IC的两个驱动引脚就设置在一起,这点是容易受到干扰的)
5、Vinsense周围电阻电容,C11和R4改到靠近IC

有个客户要峰值170W,正常负载80-120W,双路输出。销售给了个350W的现成产品过去,然后就是各种麻烦。
满载350W/240V输入怎么玩都还凑合,170W有点麻烦了,改了改,结果80W还有问题,又改了改,结果100V输入又有问题。。。
把80W/100V输入的CE弄过了,过几天客户又发现120V输入又余量不够了
把120V弄过了,过几个月客户又“不小心”试了一下10W左右的待机模式,直接超限5dB。。。
以后打死不用TM的PFC,简直就是自己找虐

抽空试了下低温启动,输入电压在95V以上无压力,秒起
也试了下90V,发现90V启动的时候,那个可调式的电感变压器像保护了,输入电压有下降到85V左右再回升,导致闪了一下才启动
这也可以说明电解还是可以胜任,IC低温启动正常

最近忙了别的事情,空闲了一下,等下就去抓一下IC里面对应的脚位波形,方便以后参考使用

这是什么原因
