非线性现象在DC-DC开关变换器中普遍存在,具体表现为次谐波振荡和混沌等不稳定现象。针对此,研究了峰值电流控制下的DC-DC Boost变换器,通过采取固定斜坡补偿可消除其电路中的非线性现象,但降低了参考电流和输入功率。为解决上述问题,提出了一种优化的斜坡补偿方案来解决固定斜坡补偿带来的参考电流和输入功率降低的问题,同时推导出其参考电流和电感电流平均值的表达式,通过仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性及所提优化补偿策略的有效性。

内容节选:By adopting nonlinear switches and multipliers in DC-DC boost converters, a prominent nonlinear behaviors within the system is observed. Due to st-rong nonlinearity of switching DC-DC converters, they can exhibit complex dynamical behaviors, such as sub-harmonics oscillation, chaos and et al[4]. Any sub-harmonics as well as chaotic behaviors that appears in DC-DC converters are deemed as being undesir-able and should be removed. There have been many reported studies to overcome the instabilities associ-
ated with the DC-DC Boost converters[5], such as app-lying various control methods. The peak-current-mode controlled method is one of the most popular control methods used for achieving good dynamic response and over-current protection in switching converter.However, other studies shows that the DC-DC boost converter under peak-current-mode(PCM) with the du-ty D>0.5 exhibits unstable characteristics of the open-loop[9]. Therefore, a slope compensation scheme is nec-essary to alleviate those instabilities, as this is re-garded as one of the most effective methods. Con-versely, due to its open-loop control characteristic, the slope compensation method could reduce the peak value of the inductor current at the switching moments in the PCM boost converter. Therefore, by introduc-ing an appropriate slope compensation current or volt-age in the switching feedback circuit, it can effectively broaden the stabilizing range of the system and elimi-nate sub-harmonics oscillation as well as chaos.Moreover it can also achieve steady state in the con-verter circuit.
This paper is organized as follows, a schematic circuit diagram is shown in Section Ⅱ for DC-DC boost converters under PCM, and the stability condi-tion is subsequently discussed. Furthermore, the an-alysis of constant slope compensation is investigated in Section Ⅲ followed by optimization of slope com-pensation strategy presented in Section Ⅳ with a proposed optimized scheme put forward, in which it demonstrated a good degree of stability. In Section Ⅳ, a series of contrast experiments is tested to verify
the simulation results. Finally, the paper presents a conclusion in Section Ⅴ.
