Position name:  PSU Designer
Location:  Hangzhou
Job description:
l        Develop and design new power supply modules, units and power feeding solutions for Base Station RF Filter products products according to our specifications
l        Specify DC-DC and AC-DC power supply system architectures
l        Power supply schematic and layout drawing.
l        Maintain Power supply schematic and layout rules documents and roadmap.
l        Responsible for PSU design project management (planning, reporting, and escalation).
l        Define and approve PSU requirement specification.
l        Lead PSU Debug work. Proactive to join Design Review and bring up PSU Knowledge share.
l        Co-work with other teams for PSU related testing issues, layout issues.
l        Responsible for quality of all the deliverables within schedule & cost budget.
Requirement:   
l        Master of Science in Electronics Engineering
l        Knowledge in circuit level power supply design, switching mode power topologies, magnetic circuits, filtering and feedback loop design
l        You are familiar with design- and simulation tools
l        3-5 years working experience in PSU design area
l        fluent written and spoken English
l        understanding of HW development process
l        Good communication and problem solving skills
l        You are a team player
