区分: 空载,上电瞬间炸管,原因有 桥臂直通, 和过流。 1 多半是电路桥臂相位错误直通, 2 变压器短路输出短路引起过流短路。3驱动信号不正常。
过温炸管:开机瞬间是不会炸的, 在负载情况下,几分钟以上时间后的事情。
调试检查步骤: 1 检查核对,桥臂驱动波形的信号, 相位,变压器电感量, PCB管脚 直观检测 是否正常。
2 对电流保护采样设置值降低,(初级电流保护或输出电流保护)2000W电路,初级必须有过流保护,取最小电流保护值,,
3 空载上电,检测波形, 观察空载损耗也是作为参考, 是否正常。不正常,及时关机, 回1步, 直到正常。
4, 开机正常后,检测输出电压,带1A 电流,2A 电流观察,计算效率, 正常情况下效率高才对。 带载到最小电流保护值时, 观察保护后的输出电压限流请况, 电流保护是否实现目的要求。。测试波形, 等等。
5上面都正常,才放开保护电流到额定值, 测试每段功率负载的工作情况。
