1、掉电前是90VAC,电解电压最高127V,掉电后开始下降,200mS下降到比如70V,可以算出需要多大的电解,
2、你的变压器按Voll=70V设计,确定一个线包和感量,不管载流和磁功率,能跑就行,哪怕Bs=0.35,仅仅200mS,发热不大。
3、然后恢复125Voll,线包不变,调整Bs使感量不变,得到常态工况的运行参数,调整到能用为止,看看能不能调出来。
4、定频芯片直接按125Voll设计就可以用了,125V以下自动进入CCM,到70V仍然可以满载,峰值电流不变。

此外,如果不冲突的话,OCP也设置到1.2A附近,双保险

线包厚度修正 (0.45+0.2)*2层 - 0.62*1层= 0.68,
截面积 S=πr2=3.14159*0.45*0.45/4*2股=0.318mm2
载流密度=1.5A/0.318mm2=4.72A/mm2,还需要对应个啥?谁教你的?

1、几何没学好,算得出来绕不出来。8mm能装多少东西都不清楚,8/11=0.727。为啥11?12行不行?
按最少12匝算,0.45的最大外径0.675(27楼),12*0.675=8.1mm,你至少要找>8.2mm槽宽的骨架
2、概念要清楚,三个表电感量要一样,右表(在72楼)要Ton=20uS,Bs<0.35,左表(常态)要Bs<0.3,λ<1
这个9.5X3.55,可以用0.5的绝缘线,稍胖
虽然是淘宝第一卖家,你还是让他确认一下尺寸为妥(不能排除也有8mm的货)

这个变压器绕制的难点在于0.5的三层绝缘线在8mm槽宽里能不能绕下11匝(双线并绕就是5.5匝),商家一定说不能(要改成0.45,性能下降一大截),但是如果你能(有样品),他就能。
